The Admin Module provides a central point from which to configure all the customisable options for your home and to control security on the system.

  • Maintain lookup values e.g. contact or review types, job title and department descriptions etc.
  • Set up system options, such as the default time between automatic database backups.
  • Customise the field name descriptions for your care plans and risk assessments.
  • Design templates for correspondence, care plans and risk assessments.
  • Specify and colour code shift times and absence types.
  • Set up security profiles for your staff. This has two advantages
    • You can determine exactly what modules a user sees – especially useful when training new staff
    • You can specify how much control you give your users. For example, you may not want to give them delete privileges.
