Assessments

An essential part of monitoring a resident’s care requirements is the use of assessment tools. CMS comes preloaded with a good selection varying from pressure sore and falls risk assessments through to nutritional and mental health assessments. CMS is not limited to the assessments provided with the system; the Assessment Design Wizard allows you to design your own customised assessments setting your own questions and risk levels so a service user's progression can be statistically monitored.
