Spotlight on: Group Acitivities

Every home up and down the country will have someone who plans and follows up residents activities, but how effective is your current method?

Ablyss allows you to plan activities in detail and return once the activity has taken place in order to update who participated and what they did, how they enjoyed it etc... but it also allows you to record who did not particpate and why they chose not to. All of this information is carried over to each residents list of daily care, which is where we are able to view all information relating to that residents needs and care.

In a residents list of daily care we are also able to filter the information which we want to see, so that we could view just notes regarding activities. Seeing all of this information together can help to peice together a much larger picture of that individual. It will allow us to spot trends and changes, tackle any potential issues and build up a profile on the things that they enjoy and the things that they dislike.

As with all areas of Ablyss CMS, the recording of this information is simple and quick to do. Would you like to see for yourself? Contact Rachael on 01625 535685 to book a demonstration or try Ablyss CMS for yourself.

Making notes on residents who have taken part in an activity is simple
As is making notes on those who were not involved
...And all information can be filtered in each residents list of daily care notes to build a bigger picture.
